Is your service discreet?

 

Yes. All of our vehicles, employees and equipement are unmarked. We highly respect our clients privacy and concerns with our persense in public.

Do you sell pesticide products?

 

No. We do not sell pesticides in our DIY Shop, or onsite. The pesticide products that we use are to be only used by certified professionals only. We do not have a license to sell pesticides products; The license we do hold from the Ministy of Enviroment - Canada only allow us to sell the application of these pesticides as a service. We strictly follow the guidelines of Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA) of Health Canada.

Do you provide written guarantees?

 

Yes. We do offer our clients with gurantee options. 

To appeal to all customers we offer flexable pricing limited or unlimited guarantees options. Additional Guarantee Length is avaliable. 

Will the ecomonical package get rid of the pests?

 

Yes of course! When you seek professional help you expect immediate results!

All of our services and treatment will remove, control and prevent the issue. The econo packages are simpy designed to make services more affordable for everyone.

The Purchasing of a higher package will reassure no reoccurances in the future.

The Higher packages offer longer guarantees periods and additional features to service.

Can we upgrade our package after we've paid?

 

Yes. Upgrading to higher package is available up to 35 days after initial service date.

Upgrading fee will be applied of $12.50+hst* After 35 days it is no longer available, but additional service visits are offered at discount rates.

How important is the preparation stage?

 

The preparation stage is very important in pest control but is only required for few selected pest treatments. The preparation stage should be completed before the technicians arrival to your home,this is required to provide you with a safe and effective treatment.

 

Are the products you use safe for my family?

 

Yes. You must keep in mind; pest are present everywhere & aswell pest control is needed everywhere. All pesticides can be very harmful without the correct knowledge of its ingredients, uses, application and the safety proceedures when applicating.

This is the reason why we are important. We ensure that all treatments are done safely, effectively..... 

Is there a fee to cancel or reschedule?

 

No. We do not charge customers a fee for cancelling or rescheduling appointments. 

We do ask though, if any case of cancelling, rescheduling or running late that you will inform us as soon as possible, allowing us to adjust to the change.
